■Responsibilities・VMD & POS Management: Lead and manage VMD execution across nationwide electronics retailers, including the end-to-end development of all POS materials.・Brand Communication: Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all retail touchpoints to enhance consumer engagement・Brand Identity Stewardship: Ensure full compliance with global Brand Guidelines to maintain a consistent and premium brand image.・Campaign & Project Leadership: Lead seasonal campaigns and manage the full creative development lifecycle from planning to execution.・Agency Management: Evaluate and manage external BTL agencies to continuously improve creative quality and execution standards.・Performance analysis & Reporting: Monitor in-store execution, conduct data-driven analysis, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.・Inventory & Budget Control: Oversee POS material inventory and manage budget effectively.・KPI Management: Define, track and optimize KPIs to measure retail marketing activities.・Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with Sales planning group and other internal teams to ensure aligned execution.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

■Requirements
・5+years of retail Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing initiatives on the brand side.
・Strong experience in POS development, localization of global assets, and consumer campaign execution.

・Experience working with influencing global headquarters.
